Very noisy bunk beds and mattresses. They informed us they will be doing some work outside the building and that we had to put earplugs at night. But never really happened due to windy weather conditions.
Found some male boxers being left in the shower.
Convenient location and good decent place

Great hostel for a short stay in Bergen.
I was pleased with my stay - no complains.
Basic hostel centrally located in Bergen. Good facilities and many showers available so one didn't have to wait. The kitchen was fully equipped but keep in mind that at times it was occupied by large groups that would claim the whole place as their own so it was hard to find a spot to sit - never mind cooking something. Great location near transport and train station. I was very pleased with my stay.

Cleaning could have been better, but it wasn't bad.
The bunk beds are really unstable and make a lot of noise.
Really nice place with a nice common kitchen and living room.
The staff were super nice and the location is great.

Overall a rather pleasant stay!
Constructions going on right outside the walls so you can see the Workman unless you shut the curtains. Security appear loose as someone entered my room in the early hours of morning because she was given the wrong card by reception! Hope that was not the usual case for everyone else. An additional inside lock apart from just using the swipe card may add extra security.
The single room was actually quite big when compared with other Scandinavian hotels. Overall clean and you get the basic things like hair dryer and kettle for own use. Nice to have the kitchen and public computer.
